Start in Settings
- Open PokiePocket on your mobile device, then sign in.
- Open Settings, then choose Account.
- Select Delete account and follow the confirmation steps. Recent reauthentication may be required.
What deletion removes
When deletion completes, the cloud account profile, balances and entitlements, Ranked player records and push-installation records are deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
What deletion does not do
Device-only Practice data normally remains until you clear app storage or uninstall the app. Previously stored browser Practice data can be removed separately by clearing the browser's site storage. Account deletion also does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage subscriptions in the relevant store account.
Email a deletion request if you cannot use Settings.
