Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Pedro Armando Manfredi ("PokiePocket", "we", "us") for the PokiePocket mobile app, public website, and browser game. By creating an account or using PokiePocket, you agree to these Terms and the PokiePocket Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility and entertainment-only use

You must meet the minimum age shown in the applicable app-store listing and any higher age required by local law. PokiePocket is not directed to children.

PokiePocket is a social-casino entertainment game. Virtual coins, points, scores, and other in-app items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be sold or redeemed, and do not entitle you to money, property, or a prize. PokiePocket does not offer real-money gambling. You are responsible for ensuring that your use is lawful where you live.

2. Accounts

Production gameplay requires a verified, non-anonymous account. Mobile supports email and password, Google, or Apple sign-in; the browser game supports email and password or Google sign-in. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share, sell, or transfer an account. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or platform integrity.

3. Practice and cloud features

Browser play is not currently available on the public website.

Practice progression is stored locally on your device and is not cloud-synced. It may be lost if you clear storage, uninstall, change devices, or the device fails. Browser Practice data may also be lost when browser storage is cleared or evicted, when using private browsing, or when changing browsers. Signing in does not make local Practice progress cloud-synced. We do not guarantee recovery of local Practice data.

Cloud balances, entitlements, commerce results, and Ranked records are server-authoritative. Local files, modified clients, device time, Practice balances, and user-submitted results do not establish a cloud entitlement or Ranked score.

Ranked play is available only when an approved policy and active season are configured and your signed-in account and app pass the required eligibility and security checks. Its displayed season rules, allowance, scoring, tie-breaking, and excluded features apply while that season is active. The server selects outcomes and records scores. We may pause, cancel, or correct a season when required for security, integrity, technical failure, or law. Ranked virtual results do not have cash value and carry no prize unless a separate, expressly published promotion says otherwise.

4. Purchases, subscriptions, ads, and notifications

The app currently offers an optional, one-time purchase of 100,000 virtual coins when that product is available through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. The store displays the price and processes payment. The purchase is verified before coins are added to your cloud account. Except where applicable law or store rules require otherwise, a consumable purchase is final after valid delivery. Store rules govern refunds. Restoring a purchase does not entitle an account to duplicate fulfillment.

Where available, Monthly Premium is an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription. It removes ads while active and credits 10,000,000 virtual coins after each successfully verified paid monthly transaction. Rewarded videos are not shown while Premium is active. The store shows the localized price and renewal terms before you confirm payment; the Spain price is EUR 3.99 per month. Your store account is charged and the plan automatically renews until canceled through that store's subscription settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access remains subject to the verified paid period and any store refund or revocation. Restores and repeated payment notifications do not grant duplicate coins. Virtual coins cannot be redeemed for cash or prizes.

The app may offer an optional rewarded video ad. When enabled and available, one verified ad reward credits 5,000 virtual coins to your cloud account, with a 15-minute cooldown between rewards. Ad inventory, account eligibility, consent, network access, and service configuration affect availability; a reward is credited only after the ad evidence is verified by our service.

The mobile app may ask for permission to send push notifications. You can decline the request or turn notifications off in the app or your device settings. Push registration requires a signed-in account, the in-app setting, and operating-system permission. If enabled, notifications may include service or game updates.

Deleting your PokiePocket account does not cancel a store subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

5. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with or bypass the app's security; automate play; manipulate a client; falsify requests; exploit defects; create duplicate entitlements; attempt to influence server outcomes; use collusion, harassment, unlawful content, or another person's credentials; sell or commercially exploit PokiePocket or its virtual items; or use PokiePocket in violation of law or third- party rights. We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend, reset, or terminate affected access, balances, entries, or results where reasonably supported by evidence.

6. Intellectual property and feedback

PokiePocket and its software, artwork, names, audio, designs, and other content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, subject to applicable store rules. No other rights are granted.

If you voluntarily send feedback, you permit us to use it without payment or confidentiality obligation, while you retain ownership of any rights you have in it.

7. Availability, changes, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, platform, or product reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability or preservation of device-only progress. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by a new date and notified when law requires.

You may stop using PokiePocket at any time. You can delete your account in Settings → Account → Delete account or follow the instructions at Account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, or discontinuation. Terms that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PokiePocket is provided "as is" and "as available" without implied warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of device-only Practice data. Any limitation applies only to the extent lawful in your jurisdiction.

9. Apple and Google

Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and do not sponsor PokiePocket. Your use is also subject to the applicable store terms. For an Apple-downloaded app, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's applicable minimum terms, and may enforce those terms against you. The publisher—not Apple or Google—is responsible for the app and support, subject to applicable platform rules.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of protections provided by mandatory law in your country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to bring a claim before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules. You may contact us at the address below to seek resolution of a concern without giving up your legal rights.
